Does anyone know if there is ANY way to do a direct link to a training course? We have about 50 new Users, we are on SSO, and all of our tests have shown that a link to training brings the User to the direct login page. These Users will not ever know their direct login. I am hoping we can make this easy for them!

Correct, your unique ORG id for your business (AKA Company ID). I'll have to ask further if that didn't work! Sorry
