This is a great tool! Can Agile Accelerator use in Remedyforce objects such as Incident/Problem/Task?

@Wee Tat Cheong thanks for the compliment! Agile Accelerator and Remedyforce do not have any integration's out of the box but there's no reason you couldn't add a custom field to either one to relate objects and/or create Workflow rules, Apex Triggers etc to initiate an action when objects change states.
