We've received a few cases (and some posts) about people not receiving emails after passing their certification exam. We've contacted WebAssessor and have identified that they are having some issues with getting emails out to test takers who have successfully completed their exams, as well as test takers who are trying to reset their passwords. We are still investigating the issue, but it appears to be intermittent and emails appear to be delayed and not lost.
