I completed the transition exam a week ago. It was pretty straightforward - make sure to study order of execution (workflow, validation, process builder, etc.), Salesforce1 layouts, Lightning Pages & Standard Components, rollup summaries and master-detail relationships, publisher actions, and the relationship between actions and page layouts / Salesforce1 (all of these are addressed in the study guide).
