SendGrid is teaming up with ReturnPath, MWH Global, SpotXchange, and ReadyTalk to help reintroduce mid-career individuals (who have been out of the workforce for more than 1 year) back into the technology workforce through a program called Returnship.The Returnship is a temporary 22-week paid program (October through March) geared to increase gender diversity in technology while also giving women/men who want to return after a hiatus an opportunity to expand their skills and experience.
