I am taking the ADM-201 exam shortly as a re-take, and can't seem to find any worthwhile tutorials. I am more of a hands-on learner. I went through the whole Tutorials in the training catalog, didn't seem to really help much (i spent 2 weeks listening and following through with the tutorials). any other suggestions?

I took the "Preparing for Your Salesforce.com Administrator Certification (CRT-101)" crash course offered by Salesforce; a 1 day crash course that covers not only the material on the exam, but strategies for taking it as well, since there is a lot of misdirection in the questions themselves. I passed with no problems after taking that course. Well worth the cost and my employer paid for it.
