@Sophie Westbrook - So many great suggestions, just to add a few more thoughts to the mix (though late in the conversation): Sales Console and headless flows/flow triggers, VF pages for S1. This last one would be great since Forecasts aren't available through S1, and dashboard components with underlying reports available just arrived on the Summer 14 breeze!
