We're researching tools to create demos and training videos. I just watche the video Social Media Goes to Work. Does anyone know what tool they use to build their training videos? I like that it has some interactivity to it.

It allows us to create interactive eLearning and incorporate other elements like product demonstration produced in another tools. For example, we create demos in Camtasia and import them into Articulate.
Articulate uses the industry standard SCORM format which allows us to be compatible with all major LMS systems. They have a few different products depending on your business need. Articulate Studio is a PPT plugin and easily allows you to create all sorts of engagements for a learner. However it is flash based and not iOS friendly (iPad, iPhone). Articulate Storyline is not as feature rich, but but does create more mobile friendly content using HTML5.
