The  Salesforce Research Program is interested in speaking with you and your Salesforce Marketing Cloud users to better understand your scoring configuration and management practices.

LWC Offline Lookups

Your Feedback Needed! Help us define the future of mobile lookups

Hello everyone, 

I'm a UX designer from the platform mobile team. I've been working with @John Vollmer to improve the LWC lookup experiences.

We're adding new filtering capabilities that will help mobile workers more quickly find a specific record among potentially hundreds or thousands of options, when online or offline.

We need your help ensuring the experience is usable, efficient and meets your configuration needs.

Hi! I just signed up as a user research participant. I filled out the initial invitation link, but I'm wondering where I can go to update my profile for this user research. I filled out some initial info on how I use Sales Cloud and thought I would be able to fill it out for Marketing Cloud as well, but it completed the profile after just the Sales Cloud info. I was doing it on my phone, so perhaps I missed something.
