. She has CRED access to Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Account Soft Credits, Partial Soft Credits, Relationships, Affiliations, and Payments.
She is, however, able to create a new Account Soft Credit from an Account layout and Manage Contact Roles on the Opportunity.

@Kylie Dayton Is she getting the error when she clicks the Manage Soft Credit button, or upon Save?
Does she have access to the Visualforce page for the button? It's called PSC_ManageSoftCredits.
