    Hi Mounika,

    Go to https://status.salesforce.com/

Search for your server (if you don't know it, got to Setup in Salesforce> Company Information), click on the Maintenance tab, and you'll see the date

    Hi Deeya,

The most important things to remember for the App Builder exam are the 4 automation tools:

    1. Workflow rules

    2. Process builder

    3. Approval processes

    4. Flows

You need to understand what the unique capabilities of each of these are, and in what scenarios to use them. You also need to know when none of these can get the desired result, and you'd need to use Apex code.

    Some tips:

    1. Workflows and approval processes share the same actions that they can perform. These are:

    a. Email alert

    b. Field update

    c. Outbound message

    d. Create task

    2. Process builder can do most things that WFRs can and more. For example, it can create ANY kind of record (not just tasks). However, it can't use outbound messages.

    3. Flows are like the "Amateurs" meme. It knocks both of the previous tools out of the water in terms of functionality. It can delete records, can display screens to capture data or show messages, and can even interface with external APIs. Learn the different types of flows and what each of them means!

    4. Approval processes are unique in the sense that they aren't exactly an automation tool. They can perform some kind of automation actions, but they are a kind of process with many manual steps. Understand what approvals are for and how they work.

We're kicking off Summer '21 in earnest today.  Earlier I posted about the new sandbox preview instructions on Salesforce Help - http://sfdc.co/Summer21-SandboxPreviewInstructions

You may be wondering - what are the other key dates I need to know about? Pre-release orgs, release notes, etc .. We've got a handy infographic for that.  We also have a Google calendar that you can view in any browser (https://sfdc.co/Summer21calendar) and/or import into your own calendar of choice (https://sfdc.co/Summer21-calendar)

@Jacinta Burke feel your pain :-) I spell out the month name... 8 April as opposed to 8/4 or 4/8, makes it easier for everyone. though it does take up a bit more space :-)

Is it possible to move our release schedule for our sandbox orgs? I think not. We have several sandboxes 1 Full, 1 Partial, 1 Dev. Is it possible to request to have them all done at the same time?

Thank You!
