Hello GDPR experts. I'm a new Admin and am not fully familiar yet with GDPR yet. I'm also new to a Company that has a small EMEA entity that doesn't utilize the companies salesforce platform for account management. Now with the new GDPR regulations they feel that they need to use a CRM based in Europe rather than work toward integrating into Salesforce. 

Does have suggestions that would enable us to reassure the EMEA entity that Salesforce can support these regulations. And.Or possibly, to get access to a reference customer or case study of a customer in Germany that uses Salesforce. It can be anonymous. Essentially if its good for company X in Germany, we should be ok too. 

Any tips, advice and guidance is greatly appreciated.

Practical question regarding GDPR and the Individual object: we're considering implementing the Individual object but wondering how much of a burden it will place on our users. Does implementing the Individual object mean that (if we want it to work) every time a Contact is created, an Individual record would need to be created or the Contact would need to be related to an existing Individual record?

Hi!  I am looking at ways to apply core Salesforce capabilities to regulatory scenarios.  For example, working a subject access request.  See attached. Would like to get some feedback.

Has anyone successfully implemented double opt in at an org that has SFDC, Marketing Cloud & Pardot? Looking for tips on approach.
