Having trouble with building a service agent through conversation for the agentblazer innovator.

Every time I attempt to deploy my agent it hits a 400 BAD request, saying that: 

"An error occurred when processing the <Entity> entity with name v1. Changes for this Bot Version are not allowed at the moment". I've waited over a day to see if this would resolve and nothing has changed. Not sure where I should go from here.
