Missing Release Updates from Winter '27 Release Notes

These Release Updates are showing up in a Salesforce Org as due to be enforced in Spring '27 but they are not listed in the Winter '27 Release Notes; 

• Manual Commerce Application Usage Type Assignment
  • Enforced 1st Jan 2027
• Roll Back Platform Event Trigger Transactions on Unhandled Exceptions
  • Enforced 1st Jan 2027

This Release Update is showing up in a Salesforce Org as due to be enforced in Spring '27 but is missing from the Release Updates Page in the Winter '27 Release Notes. This does however appear as a detail page under the Experience Cloud Section here; 

• Conceal Personal Information Fields from Guest Users
  • Enforced 1st Jan 2027

Can somebody from Salesforce confirm if these updates are still due to be enforced in Spring '27? 

If these updates are still to be enforced in Jan '27 then please provide links for the relevant documentation. 

If these updates are due to be enforced at a later date then please update these records under Salesforce Setup > Release Updates so they reflect the correct enforcement date.
