Apex does not allow me to create duplicate records even though I allowed my duplicate rule to create duplicate, there is a bypass can someone give an example scenario code please ???

 Plain Apex DML still enforces duplicate rule alerts by default, even if the rule action is Allow with alert. You need to explicitly bypass it via DMLOptions
