Even though i had added file to the chatter feed(post) in My Rad Project, still am facing to complete the challenge.

Hi ,

I found the answer: You need to click the paper clip icon. That's the only one of the three ways to attach a file that works here.

I think the instructions need to be more clear in the trailhead.
