Hi, does anyone use the Content Standard Checklist app in SF for knowledge? If so how are you or authors finding it?

Found the app on AppExchange, it's the Content Standard Checklist for Knowledge (formerly Article Quality Index/AQI), by Salesforce Labs, free, 3.44/5 from 27 reviews. 

A few things worth knowing before you weigh in further: 

- It's a Salesforce Labs app, meaning it's community-built and NOT officially supported by Salesforce Support, if authors run into issues, you're relying on the AppExchange reviews/comments or community message boards for help, not a case with Salesforce 

- Core functionality: it adds a component to the Knowledge Article record page where reviewers conduct quality audits directly, plus a separate Content Standard Checklist record object with its own related list back to the article. There's also a filter option so the audit component only shows to users flagged as KCS Coach, useful if you don't want every author seeing the audit UI 

- It's designed specifically for orgs using KCS (Knowledge-Centered Service) methodology, since it explicitly ties into KCS Coach roles and contributor leveling, if your team isn't running KCS formally, some of the built-in scoring logic may not map cleanly to your process
