Trailhead validator issue - Step not yet complete in Einstein AI We can’t find the New Guest Newsletter prompt template activated.

For Add a Flow to Your Prompt Template module, my prompt template is active still the validator is throwing can't find active prompt template error. Is anyone facing the same issue? 

NOTE: I've created a prompt template with exact same name and it's active.

    Hi @Mohana Krishnan Pandeeswaran please check these points:

    1. Confirm the template name and API name match the challenge requirements.
    2. Make sure the template is Active and the correct Flow is linked.
    3. Verify that Trailhead is connected to the correct Einstein AI Playground.
    4. Refresh the page and try verifying again.

    If everything is correct, it could be a Trailhead validation issue. Hope this helps!
