Hi Gayathri, could you please share a few more details about which challenge step is failing and the exact error message you’re seeing?  

If you’ve already completed the required steps, please also try refreshing the Playground and running the challenge again. If the issue still persists, a screenshot of your setup and the challenge error would be helpful. If everything looks correct but the challenge still fails, I’d recommend creating a case with Salesforce Support for further investigation.
