    Hey Wissal! 👋

This is a really common issue with the **Employee Agent type** in Agentforce — here's what's likely happening:

    **Root Cause:**

The *Employee* agent type requires **Employee Experience / Einstein for Workforce Engagement** features to be enabled in your org. It's not just a permissions issue — it's a **license + feature availability** issue.

    **Things to check/try:**

    1. **Verify your org type** — Employee Agent type is NOT available in standard Trailhead Playgrounds. You need a specially provisioned org (like the ones linked directly from the Trailhead badge steps). Make sure you're using the exact org the trail spun up for you, not a generic playground.

    2. **Check enabled features in Setup** → Search for *"Agents"* or *"Einstein Copilot"* and confirm the agent framework is fully activated.

    3. **Re-launch the org from the badge** — Sometimes the Trailhead challenge org doesn't fully provision. Click **"Launch"** again from the Trailhead module and use that fresh org link.

    4. **Check your Edition** — Employee Agent type needs **Enterprise Edition or above** with the Agentforce add-on. It won't show in DE orgs without specific provisioning.

    5. **Permissions** — You're on the right track with *Manage AI Agents + Customize Application*, but also make sure **"Einstein Copilot"** is enabled under *Setup → Einstein Copilot Settings*.

**Quick fix that works for most people:** Use the **"Get Org"** button directly from the badge page rather than a pre-existing playground. The challenge org comes pre-configured with the right feature flags.

    Hope this helps! 🙌
