unable to connect to data cloud

I'm working on the Agentforce for Service Superbadge Unit challenge and running into an issue connecting to Data Cloud.

When I click on Data Cloud Setup, I get a message saying that this org is not connected to Data Cloud. Additionally, when I try to access the Account object, I receive an error stating that the page doesn't exist.

I went back to the challenge and clicked Launch, and this is the playground that it's linked to.

Can anyone provide insight on how to resolve this issue? Appreciate any help. (sorry if this posted 2x)
