Missing Data Pipeline License

I'm working on the FSC Super Badge. I'm stuck on financial roll-ups to household. Looks like the org is missing the license for data pipeline.  I created this org as part of the setup for the superbadge, so I'm surprised it did not come with license for data pipeline.  I need that to enable financial bank account rollup to the household record.  I submitted support ticket to request the license but still waiting to hear from them (received the "we created your case" email).    Am I taking the wrong approach to fin acct roll-ups?  Reading through the documentation, I think I'm doing it right.    Suggestions?
