Hello, I work for a non profit that has many workshops and trainings. Does anyone have experience setting up the Program Management Module for trainings? Also we use Google Forms, so information about a "Zap" between Google Forms and Salesforce would be helpful.

Hi Shay, on the Google Forms half of your question: you may not need
a Zap for it.

Zapier works fine, but for a straight Google Forms to Salesforce
connection you are paying a per-task subscription for something that
can go directly. A native AppExchange app posts the submission from
the form into your org with nothing in between.

that works is: capture the registration as a Form Response record,
then a record-triggered Flow matches or creates the Contact and
creates the Program Engagement against the right Program. That keeps
the Program Management module as the source of truth and means the
original registration is still there if you need it for reporting.
One caveat: if your wider workflow spans several apps beyond Google
Forms and Salesforce, Zapier is genuinely doing work that a
single-purpose app does not. Worth knowing which situation you are in
before choosing.
