I'm currently facing an issue with Conga Sign in Salesforce. After selecting the document and filling in all the necessary details, I encounter the error message "SYSTEM ERROR: An error occurred while processing the document" when I click on preview and tag button.
I've verified all configurations, ensured the document meets requirements, and reviewed logs, but haven't found a resolution yet.
Has anyone else experienced this specific issue? Could you please share any troubleshooting steps or known fixes that might help resolve this problem?
