Just looking at the Administrator Practice Test, some questions seem to be quite outdated.
For example, see screenshot.
Creating Process Builders, Workflows, is no longer an option...
Best Answer seems to be C, but the mentioned existing Flow might be a Before Save Record Triggered Flow, which would be best practice. Sending an Email can only be done in an After Save though.
These kind of questions are not really helpful, and might just confuse people going for the exam.
