It worked when I put it in the explicit path in Eclipse.ini , thanks.

my java version is:

java version "1.8.0_121"

Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 25.121-b13, mixed mode)

How do I fix so that the eclipse IDE for Force.com does not fail on install ?
