Migration of Process builders to flow invoking sub flows with PAUSE element

Thank you in advance to anyone who can help.

I have a requirement to migrate process builders to flows.

And I have a process builder which is invoking a subflow having pause element .But I cannot use a record trigger flowto fire an auto-launched flow that includes a pause element .How can I convert this process builder to flow without losing the functionality.
