Wondering if this featured group is the right place for questions about the new #Genai features of Service Cloud? My colleagues and our customers would greatly benefit from clarity on the proposed pricing model for Service Repliesand Work Summaries. Having reviewed the latest pricing guidelines, I understand these features require a Service Cloud Einstein Add-On for $50 PUPM*, available with EE & UE, correct? It's not entirely clear to me how that SKU differs from the Einstein GPT for Service Add-On? I also see mention of credits/credit bundles, and I am lost there. Would you shine a light on these credit bundles and how they relate to the use and cost of Service Replies and Work Summaries? #ThankYou
@Jorgan Strathman TBH we don't typically address SKU questions within these forums and TBH aren't experts within this realm (as an architect I focus on functionality and use cases versus GTM/pre-sales). However you can ALWAYS get this information from your AE (customers) or your Alliance AE (partners). They should also be able to explain the credits/credits bundles.
