Opportunity Object/Approval process

Hello,

I followed the steps under Add Custom Fields, and I added the field for the opportunity object under percent, I labeled the field as Discount Percentage, and also added the length and decimal places.

But, it keeps saying that it cannot find the field labeled "discount percentage" when i try to verify the steps.

Any help would be appreciated.
