In the Automation Studio, I see the below screen. I'm new to SFMC. The last person had worked on this. As as far I researched, we have Marketing Cloud connect to link Salesforce report to Data Extension. What is this screen means? I see there are 9 workflows and all these are Data extensions. I need to clone of the DE from here and need to add some filter but don't clone option. Is this screen means these DEs are linked to salesforce reports. Please help me to understand.

Hi @Varun Nimje thank you for your response. What is the use of these workflows in DE? If I need to create a new DE, do I need to create a new workflow?
