From FSL mobile app as a technician I have created resource absence and as a Dispatcher I can view Absence record in Service resource but not on Gannt chart I cannot view resource absence of that technician.
What will be the reason ?

Ok, I found the root cause.
In Field Service Admin app > Field Service Setting > Scheduling > In General logic "Activate Approval confirmation on resource absences" this was checked by default and there is not approval process created for resource absence, hence if i uncheck this setting dispatcher can view Resource absence in Gantt chart.
