I have completed the steps in this activity but keep receiving them same error as it relates to a restricted pick list value. I have tried to troubleshoot by checking the pick list but nothing seems to work.

Picklist values used in record insert/update should be the same values, when compared to values under predicted_No_show field or remove restrict picklist option under field properties
