Tableau CRM Data Prep Specialist - Stuck on Challenge 4 (Create Seed Bank Agencies)

Hi Trailblazers, 

I have an issue I cannot figure out how to solve in superbadge module: Tableau CRM Data Preparation Specialist Superbadge -  Create Seed Bank Agencies (Challenge 4).

Here is the error I cannot resolve:

"Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong: We can't validate the 'Create Seed Bank Agencies' node was created correctly. Check the required fields, field types, node name, and alias are correct." 

My dataflow runs successfully, and all the data appears to be present as the instructions dictate so am unsure what is causing the issue.  

Any suggestions or assistance would be GREATLY appreciated!
