Hey folks, in some videos and demo orgs, I'm seeing reference to an object called "Volunteer Applications" which capture applications from volunteers who submit online. However, I am not seeing this object in several new orgs where our clients have installed V4S. Is this a new object? Deprecated object? Part of a special package? Something custom? Any ideas?
I could be mistaken, but I don't know of anything out of the box with V4S that is called a Volunteer Application. You can add fields to the volunteer signup form that can make it application-ishy and than you can have some kind of internal review process where you look over "Web Sign Up"/"New Sign Up" to decide if they should be marked "Confirmed" or something else.
We run our volunteer application through FormAssembly and drop it into Salesforce as a custom object that then pushes relevant data to the Contact record.
