Link in Email Template Builder to Recipient's Lead Queue?

I'm looking to update an email template I have for our sales reps and their leads. There are multiple territories and matching lead queues.

I'd like to update the email template with a link to the recipient's Lead Queue list. I have one template used for all territories. I was hoping to not have to make a template for each territory so the link to the list is relevant to the territory but I'm thinking that's the way.

Any ideas if I can create a list titled 'My Territory Queue' and use that url instead of an email template for each territory? #Trailhead Challenges
