I'm on the development team at a mid-sized nonprofit. We are looking for a way to close the loop between Click&Pledge, Pardot, and Salesforce. Ideally, we would love to know where people come from when they donate to us, and group them under a campaign in Salesforce. So, if we send out a solicitation email (from Pardot, using on a dynamic list created with Salesforce fields), and they click on the link to donate in that email, we’d like their donation to be linked to the campaign for that specific solicitation email in Salesforce. Right now, because the email is sent from Pardot and the payment is processed through Click & Pledge, we don’t know how to do this. Is there a way to automatically link donations to campaigns in Salesforce based on donors' response to solicitation emails? Thanks!
@Kamran Razvan Not sure how this would apply to this specific problem. How does this connect to Pardot? I'm not a developer, so I might be missing something. If you could walk me though how we would use this to close the loop, that would be helpful. Thanks!
