Hello SF Hub Community,

I am an admin at a nonprofit and we're looking to improve our end of year tax receipt process. We would like to provide our donors with an email (first option) or printed copy (if they do not have an email) of their tax deductible donation history for the year.

Ideally, I'd like to include donations by date in this email/letter to them and what portion was tax deductible.

Has anyone tackled this problem before and can provide information on how the process that they set up at their organization? I am looking into Conga Composer, Apsona Mail Merge, and Drawloop as possible tools to assist. I'm curious to know if any of you have experience with these. Additionally, we're open to using a free solution/prcess if someone has developed one.

Looking for ideas here and insights.

Thank you very much!

Salesforce has never provided a good solution for this afaik. I think the only native solution is to create a flow that builds a HTL table the way you want the donation table to look and put it in a field. Then you can use email builder to create a reasonable looking receipt and send with mail.
