How can I load embedded_svc.snippetSettingsFile in the Custom Snippet Settings File to use it in the community/experience in the Channel Menu?

I am using the Custom Snippet Settings File in a channel menu in experience cloud.

 

But when the page is loaded it gave me an error when I try to add this : embedded_svc.snippetSettingsFile.autoOpenPostChat = true;

 

I tried to debug the content of embedded_svc and it shows that it contains only parameters : menu and utils! THERE IS NO snippetSettingsFile

    console.log(window.embedded_svc.snippetSettingsFile); ---> UNDEFINED

    Hello,

     

    I can see this question has been open for a while without a reply so thought I'd give this a try.

     

    Within the Experience Builder you can specify the Custom Snippet Settings File in the builder for Embedded Service Chat. 

     

    I believe for Channel Menu this has a label of Code Settings Name as shown here
