I want to be able to take an existing Contact and once it meets certain criteria (like Status = "Go" or something) launch automation that creates  AND ENABLES a community user.  Using flow I can enable the Account as a Partner Account and I can create a community experience user with the correct role and associate it with the Contact id from the Contact - what I can't seem to do is set ENABLE that new user such that the welcome email is sent so the user can setup their password and access the community.  The "Generate new password and notify user immediately" checkbox does not appear to be available to set from a Flow or Process builder.  How can this be done?

Thank you @Eric Pohlabel! That is working for me.

I'm now trying to do a similar action for deactivating or reactivating users in the same flow or a similar flow, but am getting the MIXED_DML_OPERATION error: "DML operation on setup object is not permitted after you have updated a non-setup object (or vice versa): User, original object: Contact."

Is this a one-time flow for you or can  you check and uncheck the box on the Contact and it triggers the active checkbox on the User?

    Thanks!
