Create Case Queues and an Assignment Rule

Can someone please help me? I'm working on the challenge: Set Up Case Escalation and Entitlements > Create Case Queues and an Assignment Rule, but I can't pass it because it's saying "We can't find user 'Ada Balewa' as a selected member of the 'Product Support Tier 2' queue." But as you see from the pictures, Ada is there. I've been going back and forth for about an hour now. Any thoughts? Thank you!

    Hi Louis,

     

    - Check if you have created multiple Ada Balewa users in your org. If Yes then keep one Ada Balewa user which you are using and rename the other user.

     

    - Also check that the user has Chatter Free User Licence and Chatter Moderator User Profile assigned.
