As an administrator, in Sharing Settings > Other Settings only "Manager Groups" is visible. In Edit mode, however, "Standard Report Visibility" and "Manual User Record Sharing" are visible.
Is there a reason or is this a product defect?

Hi Michael,
That is an astute observation! Maybe there is a reason for that, maybe nobody really thought of it before (like me) - it happens. I suggest you contact support and find out which is it, then share with everybody
