What is the Salesforce Broadcast IP address?

Question

We are trying to connect to Logical Docs where we are planning to store our invoices and other customer-related documents. Our tech guy on the server side who set up Logical Docs is asking me for the "Salesforce Broadcast IP Address". I have searched all the articles and Help and can only find the IP ranges for whitelisting. I sent him that and he wants this instead.

Does anyone know how I can get it or what it is?

Your IT guy needs to calculate himself the Salesforce Broadcast IP Addresses based on Salesforce IP's from the article below
