Salesforce 'Add email' button not showing in Outlook -

we use gmail server so not sure what the problem is since we config everything correctly

    However, I installed MS VSTO 2010 Runtime x64 and I am finally able to enable SFO (with Add Emails button) in my MS OUtlook 2007, Window 7 64 bits OS.
