I have enabled Outlook Integration in our sandbox and have added the Salesforce add-in to Outlook. As part of the Outlook Integration setup I enabled Enhanced Email in the sandbox and, in Outlook Integration Setup, enabled "Use Enhanced Email with Outlook".

In Outlook I click New Email in Outlook and enter the email address of one of the contact records in the sandbox. When I click the View icon of the Outlook Integration add-in I see the contact listed. I send the email, but when I go into Salesforce I can't find the email anywhere.

According to the text on the page where you enable Enhanced Email, email records are now stored in email objects rather than in activity history records: "Enhanced Email elevates email to a standard Salesforce object, with customization options and an API. Emails are no longer stored as tasks, but as full-featured records, complete with details, related lists, and collaboration tools. On email records, users can view their messages exactly as their customers do, complete with formatting."

How can I find the email I just sent?

(BTW I'm using Salesforce Classic.)

I logged a case and found the solution was rather simple - Before sending the email from Outlook I needed to select which record the email would be associated with.
