How to sync Outlook 2003 with salesforce

We have no. of users accessing Outlook 2003 and 2007. We dont have 2007 installed in our systems, so we need to work with Outlook 2003.

 

Could you please assist us and let us know the steps of synchronising Outlook 2003 with Salesforce

 

Question 2.

 

In outlook TOOLS> SALESFORCE OPTIONS , it is accepting the production userid and password . but it does not accept dev user id and password.

    This likely has been addressed since your post in 2011; however, if you are still interested in Salesforce for Outlook the support for Outlook 2007 stopped in October 2017.  You will need to have a newer version of Outlook 2010 or higher.  Here is the starter guide too if needed:  http://resources.docs.salesforce.com/210/17/en-us/sfdc/pdf/sfo_getting_started_guide.pdf page 5 details the system requirements.
