Two MobileConnect questions: 

1. Is it possible,if a short code is in one instance of SFMC, to migrate/move it to another instance of SFMC? If so, would both instances have to be on the same stack?

2. If a short code is provisioned in a child MID, can it be added later to another child MID within the same account?
