Trying to complete the module in Customize Your Community> Personalize the Community Experience with Audience Targeting> Target Audiences Based on the User Object.
When I go to customize the audience by location I get the error in the Screen shot, it tells me to "To use Location, ask your Administrator for help. I am the Admin, it is a Trailhead module. Do I need to login some other way?
Sales force says they have completed this case..but it still doesn't work

I'm trying to create a target audience by location. and Yes, I opened a case with Salesforce, they say they got it to work but I still can't create an Audience by location. In the screenshot is the error msg I get "To use Location, ask your Salesforce administrator for Help." I am the admin and it has taken Salesforce over 5 days to get back to tell me they got it to work. Also, the person this case was assigned to work the night shift, I always get responses bw midnight and 5:30 am.
