I am trying to installed "Data.com Dependency Finder" appexchange in my sandbox but I always redirected into a login.salesforce. Anyone familiar how can i installed it in my sandbox(Unlimited Edition)?
When i tried to change the url into test.salesforce then logged in , I encountered this "
Hmm. Something's not right.
Try refreshing the page, or come back to AppExchange in a few minutes."
Appreciate if someone will help me regarding this. Thank you!

I had the same situation and the issue was 3rd party apps cannot be installed to sandboxes without production access. In my case our Devops engineer had to install it as he had the access privileges to the production environment. He installed it there and then pushed it to my sandbox.
