Hi Team,

I am adding Lookup of Work Order object in "Service Appointment Expanded" fieldset but this field is not visible on UI. (FLS is applied)

The reason to display lookup field is to allow user to navigate to record using link.

Has anyone faced this issue before?

Note: If I create new formula field on Service Appointment by referencing lookup field from Work Order object, and If I add this new formula field into same fieldset, it works fine. But then it's not a link which I am looking for.

Fieldset does allow option to add Work Order fields but those are not shown on UI.

Appreciate your help.
