Hi Guys,

We have one of our Automotive clients, who are interested to use Salesforce CRM. Our client is the dealer, they sell various brands of a car to customers. And we are thinking how we can use Salesforce CRM to betterment their current business. FYI, right now they track all things in excel spreadsheet.

I'd like to know what are the best practices/use cases for the Automotive industry in Salesforce, is there any data model available for this industry in Salesforce?
